Payment

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, debit cards and CareCredit. Co-payments are due at the time service is rendered. If you have any questions regarding your account you can reach us at 615-223-1200. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For those seeking a payment plan, our office offers CareCredit. This is similar to applying for a credit card, and the credit line can be used at any dental or medical facility that accepts CareCredit. Insurance

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Explanations of benefits are received by the patient more quickly than our office. Any outstanding balance after your insurance company has made payment is your responsibility. We will send you a billing statement and a prompt payment is appreciated. Any credits on the account after your insurance has paid will be sent to you in the form of a check.
